Your day-to-day would include building and managing investor relationships, modeling out financial scenarios, preparing presentations, and administering existing investments. This incredible opportunity would allow you to earn a minimum o f $600K year 1 and plus $850K year 2 along with a substantial residual component. This career position is located in our Atlanta Georgia Production Center.

The Processor (PAA) will report to the Operations Manager and CEO. Duties will include performing a wide variety of duties including processing commercial real estate renewable energy files (similar to processing commercial real estate financing files). The PAA will also perform marketing initiatives using a variety of project management, communication, and organizational skills. The PAA will be responsible for dealing professionally with confidential and sensitive information while performing several aspects of assigned work. Tasks will also include answering phones, producing correspondence and marketing presentations.

The PAA will review renewable energy finance requests submitted to our patent pending portal and initiate receipt of, and organize documentation for multiple transactions simultaneously. The PAA will prepare an analysis of financial background data for new or existing clients to determine qualifications and eligibility for finance programs and determine if they meet underwriting guidelines and criteria. The PAA must be able to analyze personal, corporate, and property financial statements. The PAA will also communicate and coordinate with underwriting, and closing Departments.  This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of duties which will ensure the proper functioning of the business unit and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the company

Essential Qualities and Qualifications
2+ years commercial real estate mortgage processing experience
Multi-tasking and superb organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills for productive interaction with multiple parties associated with each transaction

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Loan Production Manager (LPM)
This career position is located in our Atlanta Georgia Production Center
The Loan Production Manager (LPM) will be the initial point of contact for clients who submit commercial real estate loan requests to our patent pending lending portal and initiate receipt of, and organize, significant quantities of documentation for multiple transactions simultaneously. The LPM will prepare an analysis of financial background data for new or existing clients to determine qualifications and eligibility for loan programs and determine if they meet underwriting guidelines and criteria. The LPM must be able to analyze personal, corporate, and property financial statements. The LPM will also communicate and coordinate with Processing, Underwriting, and Closing Departments.

The Loan Production Manager must have the ability to perform multiple tasks for multiple transactions simultaneously and accurately in a time critical environment. The ability to thrive under pressure and effectively prioritize and time manage activities will be essential for success.

The LPM will report to the Operations Manager and will join a highly collaborative team responsible for providing commercial real estate senior debt, agency, CMBS, and bridge loans. The ideal candidate will thrive working in an entrepreneurial team environment, be highly self-motivated, disciplined and confident. This individual will exhibit personal integrity, a deep desire to learn, and strong communication (both verbal and written) skills. The ability to work independently with the knowledge of when to ask for guidance is required.

3+ years commercial real estate finance experience or commercial real estate banking experience
