This career position is located in our Marietta (Atlanta), Georgia Production Center

The Commercial Mortgage Loan Processor (CMP) will report to the Operations Manager and CEO. Duties will include but not be limited to processing commercial real estate mortgage loans.

The CMP will review loan requests submitted to our patent pending lending portal and initiate receipt of, and organize, significant quantities of documentation for multiple transactions simultaneously. The CMP will prepare an analysis of financial background data for new or existing clients to determine qualifications and eligibility for loan programs and determine if they meet underwriting guidelines and criteria. The CMP must be able to analyze personal, corporate, and property financial statements. The CMP will also communicate and coordinate with underwriting, and closing Departments.

Essential Qualities and Qualifications
2+ years commercial real estate mortgage processing experience
Multi-tasking and superb organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills for productive interaction with multiple parties associated with each transaction
Adaptability to change and the ability to work well in a fast paced growing environment
Ability to have fun and keep a positive mental attitude in a high energy environment
Highly motivated; strong desire to learn
The ability to work independently with the knowledge of when to ask for guidance is required.
Computer Proficient

Loan Production Manager (LPM)
This career position is located in our Marietta (Atlanta), Georgia Production Center
The Loan Production Manager (LPM) will be the initial point of contact for clients who submit commercial real estate loan requests to our patent pending lending portal and initiate receipt of, and organize, significant quantities of documentation for multiple transactions simultaneously. The LPM will prepare an analysis of financial background data for new or existing clients to determine qualifications and eligibility for loan programs and determine if they meet underwriting guidelines and criteria. The LPM must be able to analyze personal, corporate, and property financial statements. The LPM will also communicate and coordinate with Processing, Underwriting, and Closing Departments.

The Loan Production Manager must have the ability to perform multiple tasks for multiple transactions simultaneously and accurately in a time critical environment. The ability to thrive under pressure and effectively prioritize and time manage activities will be essential for success.

The LPM will report to the Operations Manager and will join a highly collaborative team responsible for providing commercial real estate senior debt, agency, CMBS, and bridge loans. The ideal candidate will thrive working in an entrepreneurial team environment, be highly self-motivated, disciplined and confident. This individual will exhibit personal integrity, a deep desire to learn, and strong communication (both verbal and written) skills. The ability to work independently with the knowledge of when to ask for guidance is required.

RAM - Realtor Account Manager
This career position is located in our Marietta (Atlanta), Georgia Production Center; remote opportunities are also available nationwide.

Job Description
Communicate the AIUS value proposition to Realtors and have Realtors install an AIUS “Get Financing Now” “Button” on the Realtor websites so as to achieve CRE financing for the Realtor clients
Responsibilities include
The RAM will contact, cultivate, and maintain relationships with commercial real estate brokerages to utilize our cutting edge AIUS - Automated Intelligent Underwriting System. The RAM shall market to and direct Realtors, clients, and customers to the AIUS website so as to achieve CRE financing. Communication will consist of phone, on-line, and face to face meetings to ensure that the Realtors are well versed in utilizing AIUS for financing for their clients. The RAM will also schedule and facilitate training sessions for the Realtors on the AIUS Software Suite.

Provide on-going service and support to our Realtor Partners
Manage up to 20 Realtor Partners relationships on an ongoing basis
Assist with the Design and Creation of Marketing Material and Marketing Programs

Qualifications
 Minimum of 2 years commercial real estate finance experience and has relationships with commercial real estate brokers
 Demonstrated sales ability with proven record of success
 Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
 Articulate speaker with excellent interpersonal skills
 Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
